Kaitlin M. Gant focuses her practice in the areas of motor vehicle negligence and Michigan's No-Fault Law.

Ms. Gant represents insurers and individuals in general liability defense matters, including first- and third-party automobile cases. She also handles motor vehicle matters that involve the investigation of fraudulent and suspicious claims. Additionally, Ms. Gant has experience handling Indian Law.

Ms. Gant is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and provides comprehensive data privacy and cybersecurity services. Her services encompass corporate compliance consultation, development and assessment of public-facing and internal privacy policies and procedures, breach preparedness and response, resolution of privacy-related claims and disputes, crafting website disclosures and related privacy notices and statements, evaluation of marketing policies and procedures, and providing opinions on the applicability of newly-enacted legislation. Her clientele in the privacy realm spans various sectors including accounting firms, non-profits, publishing and media, telecommunications, healthcare, consumer goods and retail, financial institutions, and banking.

 

Ms. Gant earned her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law in 2020 and her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 2017.
